摘　　要：基于对传统居住区规划思想存在缺陷的分析,认为在居住区规划设计中,应在充分理解和尊重相关规划规范的基础上,引入生态规划和设计的理念,深入研究规划区域内的各项生态因子,以设计出适合现代生活模式的新型宜居住区。Based on the disadvantages analysis on the traditional design ideas of residential area, this study aimed to introduce the idea of ecological planning and design according to the relevant regulations, further study the ecological factors in the study area for designing a new type residential area suitable for modern life style.
