网脉葡萄中的低聚芪

摘　　要：从网脉葡萄（ＶｉｔｉｓｗｉｌｓｏｎａｅＶｅｉｔｈ．）中分离得到４个低聚，经波谱鉴定为ｇｎｅｔｉｎＡ，（＋）εｖｉｎｅｆｅｒｉｎ，ａｍｐｅｌｏｐｓｉｎＥ和ｖｉｔｉｓｉｎＡ．ＶｉｔｉｓｉｎＡ通过二维核磁共振波谱对各氢和碳的化学位移作了归属，这些低聚均为首次从该植物中分离得到．Four stilbenoids isolated from the stems of Vitis wilsonae Veith. were determined as gnetin A, (+) ε vineferin, ampelopsin E and vitisin A. The structure of vitisin A was identified on the basis of spectroscopic evidence, especially by 2D NMR methods, such as H HCOSY, C HCOSY, COLOC and NOESY spectra. All the oligostilbenes were isolated from this plant for the first time.
