摘　　要：雅尔塔体制是大国对战后世界的安排,它的构成包括:新"绘制"的战后世界政治地图、以联合国为核心的政治体制、以三大经济支柱(国际货币基金组织、国际复兴开发银行和关贸总协定)为核心的经济体制。雅尔塔体制反映了全球化的需要,全球化推动着雅尔塔体制的调整。Yalta System was the arrangement of the world order after World War II by the great powers, which composed of the followings： the new ＂designed＂ world politic map after World War II, the politic system centered on United Nations, the economic system centered on the three economic mainstays（IMF,IBRD and GATT）. Yalta System reflected the requirement for globalization, and globalization in return promoted the adjustment of Yalta System.
