摘　　要：本文通过经济发展的内涵衡量指标的分析,提出了我国目前产业结构中存在的问题,在马克思再生产理论指导下,提出了我国产业结构调整的思路。Economic development as the foundation of the social development focuses on the improvement of economy structure including demanding structure, industrial structure, and resources structure , among which industrial is the vital part. Under the instruction of Max＇s re-production theory , this paper discusses the major problems in the industrial structure of our country and proposes way of industrial re-structuring.
