摘　　要：较细致地介绍了近年来家蝇P-450基因的研究进展，总结了目前已克隆的8个家蝇P-450基因在同源性、遗传多态性、基因结构、基因的表达与调控等方面的特点。This paper reports the advances in study of the housefly cytochrome P-450 genes, especially in respects of homology, structure, genetic polymorphism and expression and regulation of P450 genes.
