摘　　要：应用巨细胞病毒被膜蛋白与Quil A结合制备ISCOMs疫苗，经小鼠的免疫学实验发现，ISCOMs实验组IgG及IgM水平明显高于其它对照组，其IgG1、IgG2a、IgG2b也较其它组为高。提示该疫苗有可能在预防人体HCMV原发感染中发挥作用。A method for preparing ISCOMs with the envelope protein of HCMV andQuil A was reported in this paper. The IgG and IgM levels of the mice immunized with theISCOMs were significantly higher than control. The ISCOMs also induced a large quantity ofIgG1, IgG2a and IgG2b.The result indicated that the ISCOMs might have some effects on preventing primary HCMV infection.
