摘  要:首先对3种保护剂冻干的麻疹乙脑二联苗进行滴度比较,结果3种保护剂的二联疫苗中麻疹病毒滴度差异均无显著意义;而对乙脑病毒滴度显示出保护剂Ⅱ和Ⅲ明显优于Ⅰ。选择保护剂Ⅲ制备二联苗和单价苗进行热稳定性试验,其中麻疹病毒在37℃对天及50℃72h的滴度下降均<1.0Log。乙脑病毒在37℃14天及在50℃24h滴度下降均<1.0Log。表明保护剂Ⅲ对麻疹沪191株和乙脑14-2株病毒的热保护作用均好。The titers of live measles-Japanese encephalitis (JE) vaccines using 3 kinds ofprotective agents were compared. The resu1t showed no significant difference among themeasles virus titers of them. However, the JE virus titers of the vaccines using protectiveagents Ⅱ and Ⅲ were significantly higher than that using protective agent Ⅰ. Theheat stabilities of monovalent measles, JE and bivalent measles-JE vaccines using protective agent Ⅲwere studied. The titer of measles virus decreased by <1. 0Log after being stored at 37℃ for21 days or 50℃ for 72h, and that of JE virus decreased by <1.0Log after being stored at37℃ for 14 days or 50℃ for 24h. The results showed good protection of agent Ⅲ to Hu191strain of measles virus and SA14-14-2 strain of JE virus.
