甲型肝炎减毒活疫苗稳定性的研究

摘　　要：本文对甲型肝炎病毒L－A－1疫苗珠制备的多批减毒活疫苗放置不同温度、不同时间及反复冻融后的疫苗病毒的稳定性进行研究。结果表明，疫苗置－20℃16个月、4～8℃3个月，室温1周，35℃1天，疫苗清度仍达到≥6.5LogTCID50／ml的合格滴度。疫苗置室温3、5天后冻存一周，再放置室温3天，冻存一个月，其病毒滴度无明显改变，表明此疫苗稳定性良好，可耐受一定范围高温。The stability of live attenuated hepatitis A vaccine prepared with L-A-1strain was studied. The titer of the vaccine still reached≥6. 5Log TCID50/ml after beingstored at -20℃ for 16 months, 4~8℃ for 3 months, room temperature for 1 week or 35℃for 1 day. The vaccine was freezed for 1 week after being stored at room temperature for 3 or5 days,then stored at room temperature for 3 days and freezed for 1 month,the result showedno significant change of the titer of it. It demonstrated that the vaccine was resistant to hightemperature within certain limits, i. e. the stability of it was good.
