Ⅱ型肾综合征出血热疫苗应用于Ⅰ型疫区人群的防病效果

摘　　要：在Ⅰ型（姬鼠型、HTN型）疫区人群观察Ⅱ型（家鼠型、SEO型）肾综合征出血热灭活疫苗的免疫效果。共有15101人完成了全程免疫（0、28、42天3针基础免疫及1年后1针加强免疫）。经过1个流行年的观察，接种组无人发病，对照组共发病14例，保护率达100％。基础免疫后14天，IgG抗体（间接免疫荧光法）及中和抗体（微量细胞病变法）阳转率及平均滴度（GMT）分别为71．4％，9．73和62．1％，20.00；加强免疫后14天，阳转率及GMT分别为100％，17．72和96．2％，24．3。接种总反应率为0．52％。主要为发热和局部红肿，分别为0．035％和4.74％，弱、中、强反应率分别为0．46％，0．06％和0％。The immune efficacy of inactivated HFRS vaccine type Ⅱ in the epidemic areaof type Ⅰ was observed. A total of 1510o1 cases received a fundamental immunition with 3 doses of HFRS vaccine type Ⅱ according to schedule 0, 28, 42 and a booster with the same vaccine 1 year later. No invasion was observed in vaccination group, however, 14 cases of HFRStype Ⅰ were observed in control group. It proved that the protective rate of the vaccinereached 100%. The positive rates of IgG 14 days after fundamental immunition of the 2groups were 71. 4% and 62. 1 %, and the GMTs of them were 9. 73 and 20. 00 respectively.However, 14 days after the booster, the IgG postlve rates of the 2 groups were 100 % and 96.2%, and the GMTs of them were 17. 72 and 24. 3 respectively. The incidence rate of adversereaction, including fever (0. 035% ), local redness and swelling (0. 47% ), was 0. 52%,and those of weak, moderate and strong reactions were 0. 46%, 0. 06% and 0 respectively.
