摘 要:改进了传统的膜结构设计过程,即加入了膜结构缝合后模拟成形的过程;利用非线性有限元法,将设计(找形、裁剪)完成的膜结构仿真成形,从理论上检验裁剪膜片仿真成形后的应力状态,提出了裁剪膜片的质量评价标准;对常见的马鞍形膜面和伞形膜面进行了仿真成形分析,考察了结构矢跨比、裁剪宽度以及裁剪方向3个因素对其裁剪质量的影响。结果表明:所得结论能够为膜结构裁剪设计提供参考。The process of the design of membrane structures was developed by presenting concept of simulated forming, which was based on nonlinear finite element method. Simulated forming meant all the plane pieces of membrane material which were cut corresponding to the designed initial equilibrium state were sewed again. Meanwhile, the stress distribution of the cutting membrane structure was obtained, by which the quality of cutting diaphragm could be tested. Finally, the simulated forming analyses for common HP-type and umbrella type membrane structures were carried out, and three factors, such as rise-span ratio, cutting width and cutting direction of the structures, which affected cutting quality were considered. The conclusion can provide a reference for design of cutting membrane structures.
