仙草多糖提取工艺研究

摘　　要：采用单因素实验和正交实验研究仙草多糖的最佳提取工艺,考察了温度,浸提时间,浸提次数,和固液比对实验的影响。确立了最佳提取条件为:浸提时间2h,固液比1:60,浸提次数3次,浸提次数为沸水浸提。在此条件下,多糖最高收率为18.93%。An experiment was conducted to study the extraction of polysaccharide from Mesona Blume. The research explored the effects of four factors：extraction temperature, extraction time, extraction times and ratio of sample weight to solvent volume on the extraction ratio of polysaccharide from Mesona Blume. Optimum ex- traction conditions were determined as follows： ratio of liquid to material 60：1, three times of reflux extraction at 100℃, each for 2 hours.
