高效液相色谱法测定妇宁康软胶囊中淫羊藿苷的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立测定妇宁康软胶囊中淫羊藿苷含量的HPLC法。方法:采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶柱,流动相为乙腈-水-冰乙酸(27:75:0.6),检测波长为270nm,柱温为25℃,流速为1.0mL·min-1,对其进行了含量测定。结果:淫羊藿苷在3-18μg·mL-1内质量浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为A=7.69×105C+792.5,r=0.9999,平均回收率为100.3%(RSD=2.27%)。结论:该法准确度高、专属性好,可用于妇宁康软胶囊的含量测定。Objective： To establish a method for the determination oficariin in Funingkang soft capsules. Methods： HPLC was used to determine the icariin in Funingkang soft capsules. Diamonsil （TM） column （4.6 × 150 mm, 5μm） was used as analytical column with the column temperature set at 25℃ The mobile phase oficariin was acetonitrile-water-HAc （27：75：0.6） and the UV detective wavelength was 270 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1. Results： The calibration curves ofieariin were linear in the ranges of 3- 18μg· mL^-1 （r = 0.999 9）, and the average recoveries oficariin was 100.3 % （RSD = 2.27 %）. Conclusion： The method is simple and accurate, with good reproducibility. It can be used as the quality control oficariin in Funingkang soft capsules.
