消肿祛瘀散眼罩外敷对眶周瘀血的临床护理效果

摘　　要：目的比较消肿祛瘀散眼罩外敷与常规对症治疗对眶周瘀血的疗效。方法将60例患者分为对照组和观察组，每组各30例。对照组给予常规对症治疗即生理盐水擦洗，点抗生素眼药水，每日4次，观察组在常规治疗的基础上加消肿祛瘀散眼罩外敷治疗。结果消肿祛瘀散眼罩外敷治疗眶周瘀血，敷药24h后，肿胀消除80％以上，总有效率为93％，对照组总有效率为37％（p〈0．05）。结论消肿祛瘀散眼罩外敷消除局部肿胀、疼痛的效果显著，且护理操作简便易于观察。Objective：To compare the curative effect of outside spreading with Xiao zhong Quyu Power （XZQYP）with that of the routine therapy aiming at symptom. Methods：60 patients were divided into 2 groups,The patients of the control group were treated by the routine therapy aiming at symptom,include scrubbing away with 0.9% sodium chloride and dripping eyes with antibiotic eyedrop for four times per day.The patients of the therapeutic group were treated by outside spreading with XZQYP combined with the routine therapy. Results：The total curative effect of the therapeutic group was 93%,and better than 37% of control group （p〈0.05）. Meanwhile the rate of the swell cleared up was over 80% after spreading with XZQYP for 24 hours. Conclusion：Outside spreading with XZQYP has obvious effect on partial swell and ache induced by congestion beside the socket of eye.And the operation is easy and prone to observe.
