摘 要:防治水稻苗期恶苗病、立枯病和杂草是目前水稻有机栽培急需解决的关键技术。利用物理方法(温汤处理)和微生物技术(有机育苗生物调理剂)进行防治苗期恶苗病、立枯病和杂草控制试验,并研发了有机育苗生物调理剂。研究结果表明,温汤处理采用58℃温度处理15 min或60℃温度处理10 min,能够有效控制恶苗病和立枯病的发生;有机育苗生物调理剂具有杀灭病原菌、抑制立枯病及杂草发生,并提高秧苗素质等功能。Control of bakanae, damping-off diseases and weed at seedling stage are the key techniques of organic rice cultivation in the present. The experiment was conducted to prevent bakanae, damping-off diseases and weed through physical and micro-techniques and the bio-adjustor for organic seedling nurturing was developed. The results showed that when the seeds were treated with 58℃ water in 15 min or 60℃ water in 10 min, the bakanae and damping-off diseases could be controlled effectively. The bio-adjustor for organic seedling nurturing had the effect of removing pathogens and preventing the damping-off disease and weed, as well as improving the seedling quality.
