摘 要:应用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定25例原发性肾小球疾病患儿血清及尿液中的可溶性白细胞介素2受体(SIL-2R)水平,结果发现:急性期患儿血清及尿中S1L-2R水平均明显高于正常健康儿童(P<0.001),有非常显著意义。其结果可作为原发性肾小球疾病病情是否活动的指标。实验结果还发现,血清及尿中SIL-2R水平比较,两者无显著差异(P>0.05)。其中肾病(10例)SIL-2R水平高于肾炎(15例),但两者无显著差异。By means of ELISA analytical method,the interpretation of soluble IL-2 receptor(SIL-2R) level in serum and urine has been performed in 25 children with primary glomerular nephropathies in this study. The results obtained evidently showed that there was very significant difference in serum and urinary SIL-2R level between these affected children in acute stage and normal healthy group(P<0. 001) .demonstrating that th; interpreted evidence could be the indicator of judging the possible activity degree of this disease. The results also demonstrated that no significant difference could be found for the SIL-2R in serum compared with urinary(P>0. 05). And,the value of serum SIL-2R level in nephrosis group (10 cases)was higher than that in nephritis group(15 cases),but there was no significant difference between these two groups.
