强化胰岛素对脓毒症患者治疗的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨脓毒症患者应用强化胰岛素治疗的效果。方法收集140例脓毒症患者,分为观察组与对照组,观察组(80例)应用常规治疗及强化胰岛素治疗,对照组(60例)应用常规治疗。结果观察组患者呼吸机支持时间及住院时间明显短于对照组,观察组患者死亡率明显低于对照组。结论脓毒症患者及早应用强化胰岛素治疗,疗效明显,适合临床应用。Objective To discuss the treating value of intensive insulin in sepsis patients.Methods 140 sepsis patients were divided into two groups.The observation group（80 cases） were treated by intensive insulin and routine treatment.The control group（60 cases） were treated by routine treatment.Results The length of stay and respirator support time were shorter in the observation group than in the control group.The mortality were lower in the observation group.Conclusion Intensive insulin therapy can be applied in sepsis patients.
