十二指肠溃疡与胃溃疡患者述情障碍差异性的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨十二指肠溃疡与胃溃疡患者述情情况的差异性。方法使用多伦多述情障碍量表(TAS-20),分别对十二指肠溃疡与胃溃疡患者述情情况进行测试,并比较其结果。结果十二指肠溃疡患者TAS量表的总分和因子1、因子3得分与胃溃疡患者有显著性差异。结论十二指肠溃疡患者述情障碍较胃溃疡患者明显。Objective To explore the diferences of emotional express between duodenal ulcer and Gastric Ulcer.Methods To test cases by Toronto Alexithymia Scale and compare the results.Results There were significient diferences between duodenal ulcer and Gastric Ulcer according to The total score,subscore Ⅰ and Ⅲ of TAS.Conclusion Alexithymia is more serious in patients with Duodenal Ulcer.
