摘　　要：目的探讨胫骨平台粉碎性骨折的治疗方法,以积累经验,指导临床工作。方法收集我院应用双钢板固定治疗的64例胫骨平台粉碎性骨折患者的临床资料,回顾性分析其手术治疗情况。结果本组患者共随访6～26个月,显示优30例,良23例,可8例,差3例,优良率为82.81%。结论双钢板固定治疗胫骨平台粉碎性骨折,效果明显,膝关节功能恢复较满意,临床应注意其并发症。Objective To study the treating methods of patients with tibial plateau comminuted fracture, for accumulating clinical experience and improving their treatment. Methods Retrospective treating studies were performed on 64 patients with tibial plateau comminuted fracture. We analyzed their efficacy by doable plate fixation. Results There were 30 excellent cases, 23 good cases, 8 fair cases and 3 poor cases in the observation group after 6-26 months follow--up. The excellent and good rate was 82.81%. Conclusions Treatment of double plate fixation is satisfied with patients with tibial plateau conuninuted, but the complication should paid attention.
