二尖瓣再狭窄的外科治疗

摘　　要：报道80例二尖瓣狭窄经闭式分离术后再狭窄行手术治疗的患者，其中再窄构成比为：术后2－5年占25．0％，－10年占42．5％，－15年占20．0％，－24年占12．5％。当出现症状和发生血流动力学改变时进行再次手术治疗．其中行右径／双径二尖瓣分离术％例，二尖瓣替换术44例，手术效果良好。文中结合病例及有关文献，对再狭窄原因、术式选择、操作技术及术中心肌保护等加以讨论。The surgical treatmeat of 80 patients with mitral restenosis after closed commissurotomy for mitral stenosis was reported. The proportion was 25.0% in 2~5 year;42.5% in 6 ~ 10 year;20.0% in 11 ~ 15 year and 12.5% in 16 ~ 24 year after operation. All of the cases were operated when the symptoms and the hemodynamic changes were occured. Closed commissurotomy and mitral valve replacement were performed in 36 and 44 cases respectively, with a satisfactory results. Combined with the cases and related literature. The causes of restenosis, ways of operatrion, surgical techniques and myocardial protection were discussed.
