广西壮族学生体质健康状况十年发展趋势的研究

摘　　要：研究壮族学生体质健康状况十年发展趋势。结果表明，壮族学生形态发育显著提高，“豆芽菜”体型有所改善；机能发育收缩压下降，舒张庄上升，脉压缩小，肺活量提高；素质方面速度、下肢爆发力、力量提高，耐力下降。城乡差异仍存在，城市学生形态、机能发育优于乡村学生，素质发育乡村学生优于城市学生；城市学生处于“生长发育长期变化”的快速生长阶段。视力低下率和近视率呈上升趋势；龋患率较高而充填率很低。Based on the national survey of Zhuang student physical fitness and health status in 1985 and 1995,the author found that the results of height, weight, chest circumference, vital capacity,50 - meter dash, Standing long jump and obique chinning or chinnjng(boys), sit - up(girls) of Zhuang students in 1995 were bettet than thase in 1985. Systolic BP tended to descend, but diastolic BP tended to rise. The difference between systolic BP and diastolic BP reduced. Endurence (1000meter race,boys and 800 meter race, girls) remarkably descended, Morphological and functional parameters in urban students were better than those in raral students,but physical performance was opposite. The ueban students presented quick growth stage of secular change. The morbidity rates of low vision and myopia for Zhuang students in 1995 were higher than thore in 1985. Caries incidence of Zhuang students was higher than that of Han students,but the rate of dental filling was lower.
