川续断科植物的研究进展

摘　　要：从化学成分、药理作用和临床应用三方面综述了川续断科植物最近的研究进展。该科植物主要含三萜皂苷、环烯醚萜苷、黄酮、挥发油等类型的化合物。一些种类所含成分在增强机体免疫功能、抗氧化、抗炎、镇静等方面显示了较好的活性。进一步开展川续断科植物的研究,对更好的发现新的药用活性成分有重要意义。The review focused on recent developments concerning the chemical constituents of dipsacaceae species,their biological activities and clinical application. The main chemical constituents from dipsacaceae species were triterpenoid saponins, iridoidal glycosides, flavonoids, essential oils, etc. They possess strong bioactivities including enhancing immune function, antioxidant, antiinflamatory, sedation activities. Further research on dipsacaceae species will be necessary for better understanding of its new active constituents.
