摘  要:海上浮式抢修平台对船舶坞修时间无任何限制,且能主动接近破损船舶,缩短修复时间,因此在海洋工程领域得到广泛应用,但其作业风险问题非常突出.本文中运用定量风险评估(QRA)理论,对浮式抢修平台的海上锚泊作业进行分析.找出潜在的风险事件及相关风险因素,运用模糊综合评判方法对锚泊作业风险事件的模糊概率和损失程度后果进行量化,依据风险评价结果对需要控制的风险源给出控制措施.实例分析表明,运用QRA技术能对海上浮式抢修平台的锚泊作业实施科学的风险管理.Floating ship-repair platform,without any time limit,can approach the damaged ship to take the initiative to shorten the repair time, and therefore is widely used in the field of ocean engineering ,but the operation also highlighted the risks. In this study, the quantitative risk analysis (QRA) theory was used to analyze the floating platform at sea repair work. The latent risk events as well as the risk factors were found. Then the fuzzy frequency and the loss of each risk event were calculated by using the general fuzzy assessment. Based on the results of the risk appraisal ,risk control measures were provided for the risk source that should be controlled. It also can be concluded from a typical example that scientific risk management of the facilities on the ship can be achieved using the quantitative risk analysis technique.
