摘 要:对绞股蓝(GP)减弱CCl4所致肝脏脂质过氧化作用进行了研究,实验将Wistar大鼠随机分为四组:A(对照组);B(CCl4);C(GP);D(CCl4+GP)。结果表明,CCl4组的脂质过氧化物(LPO)含量明显高于对照组,谷优甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)低于对照组,而同时给予GP的D组可减弱CCl4诱发的上述作用。提示:GP能减弱CCl4对肝脏的损害。The inhibitory effect of GP on liver lipid peroxidation caused by CCl4 was studied. Wistar ratswere randomly divided into 4 groups:A(control),B (CCl4),C(GP)and D(CCl4 +GP). The contentof lipid peroxide (LPO)increased and the activity of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) decreased inCCl4 group compared with the control group- The lipid peroxidation caused by CCl4 was inhibited byadministering GP simultaneously. The results indicated that GP could decrease liver injury inducedby CCl4.
