对临汾市大中型灌区水价改革的分析与思考

摘　　要：阐述了临汾市大中型水利工程管理单位存在的问题,分析其原因,提出了对水利工程管理单位现行水价改革的建议:加大水商品宣传力度;采用科学有效的水价测算批复办法和灵活的水价政策;采取水价逐步到位方案;加强水价计收管理工作;拓宽供水渠道和水商品销售市场。The existing problems in the large and medium-sized irrigation district management units of Linfen City were discussed.The corresponding reasons were analyzed.The measures for water price reform of the large and medium-sized irrigation district management units were put forward as follows: promotion of water commodity propaganda,adoption of scientific water price estimation methods and flexible water price policies,implementation of gradual water price schemes,improvement of water price management practices,and expansion of water supply ways and water commodity selling markets.
