摘　　要：介绍了北京大学大型仪器开放测试基金管理系统的设计背景、建设目标、技术路线、使用功能和应用情况。该系统由信息服务与管理和系统管理2个子系统构成,具有开放仪器信息查询、基金申报、评审、结算、汇总统计等功能。该系统的应用提高了开放基金管理工作的效率和水平。This paper introduces the background, target of the project, technical scheme, functions and applications of the management system for instrumental analysis fund in Peking University. This system consists of two subsystems of the information service and management, and the system management. The system has the functions of information search, fund application, estimate, balance, and statistics. The application of this system will improve the management efficiency of the instrumental analysis fund.
