摘 要:选用四类不同规范对201不锈钢进行点焊试验,对其接头外观、显微组织及力学性能进行对比分析。研究结果表明,201不锈钢点焊工艺性能良好,具有较宽的规范参数选择范围,但软规范下接头的拉剪强度较低。当采用回火电流双脉冲时熔核中发生再结晶,形成细小的等轴晶,使接头承载能力明显提高。the spot welding of 201 stainless steel were experimental carried out with 4 groups of parameters.The surface appearance,microstructure and mechanical properties were analyzed.The result indicates that spot weldability of 201 stainless steel is relatively good and has wide range of welding parameters.Tension-shear strength of joint with soft condition is lower than those of the others.Recrystallization happens with double pulsed current.Fine equiaxed grains in the nugget area improve the mechanical property of joint.
