摘　　要：报告1例癫癎样发作的吉海反应。患者男,49岁。因双下肢麻木、乏力1年入院。入院后行脑脊液检查:性病研究实验室玻片试验(VDRL)阳性(滴度1:16)、快速血浆反应素试验(RPR)阳性(滴度1:16)、梅毒螺旋体颗粒凝集试验(TPPA)阳性,诊断为神经梅毒。患者在接受青霉素治疗12 h后出现癫癎样发作,伴有头痛和发热。结合病史、临床表现和实验室检查,确诊癫癎样发作为吉海反应。A ease of Jarisch-Herxheimer reaction with epilepsy is reported. A 49-year-old man presented with numbness and debilitation on his both lower extremities for 1 year. Cerebrospinal fluid test： VDRL（＋）1：16, RPR（＋）1：16, TPPA（＋）. Diagnosis was neurosyphilis. The patient presented with epilepsy, rise in temperature, and headache 12-hours after penicillin treatment. These findings were consistent with the Jarisch-Herxheimer reaction with epilepsy.
