摘  要:对9种常见豆科植物种的适宜休眠破除条件进行了探索,结果表明,硫酸休眠破除效果最好,但最佳处理时间因种而异,处理时间过长可引致死种子数增多.在采用的60℃、80℃和95℃热水处理中,以80℃效果最好,60℃仅破除少部分种子休眠,而95℃则引致大部分种子死亡;除60℃外,延长热水处理时间可导致死种子数增加.液氮处理效果与种子大小有关,可显著破除苜蓿等小粒种子休眠,对中粒种子如印度田菁的休眠破除没有影响,但显著伤害苦豆子等大粒种子;液氮破除休眠与种子浸入液氮的时间无关.Present study explored the optimal method to release seed dormancy of nine legume species,and the results showed that sulfuric acid treatment was the most effective method to release seed dormancy, but the optimal treatment time varied with species, longer treatment time may increase dead seed percentage.Referred to hot water treatment,80~C was the optimal temperature for dormancy release,and 60℃ showed less effect,while 95℃ leaded most seeds to death. In addition,a longer hot water treat time significantly increased dead seed percentage except seed under 60℃. The effects of liquid nitrogen treatment were closely correlated with seed size, e. g. liquid nitrogen effectively released dormancy of small size seed such as Medicago sativa ,but showed no effects on dormancy release of middle size seed such as Sesbania sesban, and harm some large size seed such as Sophora alopecuroides. In addition to that, the time dipped into liquid nitrogen showed no effects on dormancy breaking.
