摘  要:随着油田的持续开采,油井含水不断上升,井下管柱的腐蚀结垢现象日趋严重,油水井免修周期逐渐缩短。对井下垢样的快速准确判断是正确制定各项井筒处理及生产管理措施的重要保证。根据长期实践经验,提出利用酸溶、滴定等简单的定量化学分析手段,结合定性化学分析手段对井下垢样进行快速判断的方法。以一口油井内壁垢样为例,详述测试过程,得出垢样主要为腐蚀产物的结论,针对性采取井筒处理及生产维护措施后,该井延长检泵周期累计315天。With the exploitation of oil fields and oil well aquifer rising,the corrosion and scaling of downhole strings are becoming more and more serious, so workover treatment greatly increases. Judging the scale sample fast and accurately is essential to taking measures. According to long-term practical experiences,simple means of quantitative chemical analysis, such as acid-soluble, titration, combining with qualitative chemical analysis to determine underground scale samples are proposed. Taking a well's scale samples for example, the details of the testing process are described to draw a conclusion that scale samples were corrosion products. After many measures for wellbore and production, the extension of the well pump cycle seized a total of 315 days.
