摘 要:利用NaOH和H2O2对碳纳米管进行表面处理,用于去除低浓度偏二甲肼废液,用分光光度法进行测定。扫描电镜和红外谱图观测表明,原产品管子较长,分散性差,NaOH处理的分散性好,H2O2处理的管子被截断并且表面引入了-OH、>C=O和-COOH。碳纳米管对偏二甲肼的吸附性能研究表明,H2O2浸泡氧化方法改性的碳纳米管吸附去除偏二甲肼效能最佳,NaOH处理的次之,原产品稍差。通过对吸附数据的拟合,发现在温度为298K和40~190mg/L的浓度范围内,吸附等温线均符合Freundlich和Langmuir吸附等温式。Carbon nanotubes(CNTs) was processed by NaOH and H2O2 and used for removal of low concentration unsymmetrical dimethyl hydrazine (UDMH) wastewater. It was mensurated by spectrophotometric method. Scanning electron microscopy observation and FT-IR spectra show that the as-prepared CNTs has worse dispersing and the tubes are longer, after processed by NaOH,the CNTs clusters were dispersed, and when processed by H2O2 , the tubes were broken up and brought with -OH, 〉C =O and --COOH on its surface. The adsorption experimental results show that the CNTs processed by H2O2 has the best adsorption properties for removal of UDMH, the second is the CNTs processed by NaOH and the last is the as-prepared CNTs. It also shows that the adsorption isotherms at the temperature of 298 K and the concentration range of 40 - 190 mg/L all accord with the Freundlich-type and Langmuir-type isotherm equations.
