摘　　要：通过对图书馆藏书建设观念的阐述,着重分析了网络环境下图书馆藏书发展的新特点,对新时期的图书馆藏书建设提出了一些看法。Through expounding the concept of library＇s collection construction, this paper analyzes the new characteristics of the development of library＇ s collection under the network environment, and put forward some opinions on library＇s collection construction in the new period.
