摘　　要：以大连市中心医院图书馆为例,分析了纸质外文期刊订购品种与经费使用情况,统计了馆藏外文期刊利用情况,在进行2008年馆藏外文期刊收录比较的基础上,探讨了外文期刊文献资源建设中存在的问题,提出了整改建议。Taking the Llibrary of Central Hospital of Dalian as the example, this paper analyzes the subscribed types and funds use situation of the paper-based foreign periodicals, makes statistical analysis on the utilization of the library＇ s foreign periodicals, and based on the comparison of library＇ s foreign periodicals in 2008, probes into the problems existing in the construction of foreign periodical resources, and puts forward some suggestions on making corrections.
