摘　　要：阐明了高校开展产学研合作的重要意义,指出高校应从提高认识、深化内容、丰富模式、健全体制、建立机构、提升内涵、综合服务、完善环境8个方面加强产学研合作,以提升高校的社会服务功能。This paper expounds the important significance of developing the cooperation of production, education and research, and points out that the university should strengthen the cooperation of produetion, education and research from eight aspects of increasing the awareness, deepening the content, enriching the model, perfecting the system, formulating the organization, enhancing the connotation, integrating the service, and improving the environment for the purpose of promoting the social service function of the university.
