摘　　要：传统医疗质量评价指标主要是:管理者导向,用主观的参考值比较,通过人工抽查采样数据,评价综合表现,发现显在的个人缺陷,问题明显,容易干预控制。CHQIS医疗质量评价指标主要是:病人导向,用客观的基准比较,通过计算机自动采集数据,评价直接结果,发现非故意潜在组织缺陷,问题不明显,干预控制比较困难。The characteristics of traditional health quality evaluation indicators mainly include： manager-orientation, comparison with subjective reference value, sampling survey manually, evaluation of comprehensive performance, discovery of individual＇ s disadvantage and problems, easy controlling. The characteristics of CHQIS indicators mainly include： patient-orientation, comparison with objective standards, automatic collection of data by computers, direct outcomes of evaluation, discovery of organization＇ s unintentionally potential disadvantages, unobvious problems, and difficult to control and intervention.
