摘　　要：介绍了美国绩效科学研究中心CPS编制的国际医疗质量指标体系(IQIP)。与国内目前使用的医疗质量指标相比较,分析了IQIP的注重医疗服务的结果和患者利益;关注"负性事件"的影响;强调指标的可比性;指标的选择标准较为严谨等4个主要特点。This paper gives a brief introduction to the International Quality Indicator Project （IQIP） developed by Center for Performance Sciences in America. Compared with the national health quality indicators used currently in China, the features of IQIP are as follows： 1. focus on the outcomes of healthcare services and interests of patients; 2. pay attention to the influence of adverse events; 3. emphasize on comparability of indicators; 4. be rigorous with the choice of indicators.
