摘  要:由于社会对医疗服务的需求增长和国家对事业单位人员编制的严格控制,很多医院采用了非在编聘用制的用工方式,以补充专业技术人员。中山医院在非在编聘用制管理中,尽可能参照事业单位聘用制的模式,其管理核心是同工同酬,解决了专业技术人员不足的问题,也为今后医院人力资源管理模式的转型积累了经验。Because of the growing demand for medical service of the society and the strict control of the personnel manning in public institutions by the government, a number of hospitals have to employ professional and technical personnel exceeding the manning as a supplement. To form a management pattern of those out-of-manning personnel, Zhongshan Hospital has borrowed a great deal from the model of the appointment system of the public institutions, centering on the practice of equal pay for equal work, so as to bring enough personnel to the institution, which helps to gain experience on the restructuring of human resource management in hospitals.
