摘　　要：本文简单介绍针对S3C2410芯片和Linux操作系统平台扩展的USB无线网络模块,USB图像采集模块和数控系统模块。给出了Linux-wlan-ng移植到该平台的方案、具体实现过程和应用。具体应用为:运用USB图像采集模块采集数控系统中加工零件的图像数据无线传输到上位机或远程终端,实现加工零件实时监控和精确测量。This paper introduces a system briefly which contains S3C2410 chip and Linux operating system. The system expand USB wireless network module, USB image acquisition module and numeric control system module .The scheme of transplanted Linuxwlan-ng based on the system is put forward ,its realization and applications. For specific application： USB image acquisition module collect image data of parts on numeric control system. Meanwhile image data is transmitted to pc or remote terminal by wireless network module to achieve real-time monitoring and accurate measurement for parts.
