摘 要:泌阳凹陷双河油田Ⅱ5层是复杂的厚油层,非均质性严重,剩余油分布复杂,且油藏温度高达73℃。1991年开展该油层高温聚合物驱油技术研究,经多种聚合物性能评价,找到了热氧影响聚合物性能的界限,优选出耐高温聚合物,改进和优化了地面注入工艺,制定了经济有效的聚合物驱方案。现场实施阶段增油4.35×104t,提高采收率9.03%,效果显著。形成了高温聚合物驱的室内试验、油藏工程研究、聚合物性能评价、地面注入设备优化和经济效果评价的一套方法及配套技术,为在双河油田推广应用高温聚合物驱油技术奠定了基础。图2(郭海莉摘)Zone Ⅱ 5 of Shuanghe oil field is a thick layer including many sections, rhythms and lithologic combinations. It is very heterogeneous, with a reservoir temperature being up to 73℃, and a complex distribution of remaining oil. The polymer flooding technique studying was carried out in 1991. Through evaluating several polymer characteristics, the limit of heat oxygen affecting the characteristics of polymer was found, high temperature resistant polymer was screened out, surface injection technology was improved and economical and effective polymer flooding scheme was designed. After the project was carried out on site, it is an obvious result that cumulative oil production increased 4.35×10 4 t in a stage and enhanced oil recovery by 9.03%, and a complete set of method and technology was formed which includes high temperature polymer experiment, reservoir engineering study, evaluation of polymer properties, optimizing equipment for surface injection, economic evaluation. All of these established a base for popularization and application of industrialized polymer flooding.
