摘 要:总结了渤海地区应用当代综合配套钻井技术在QK18—1地区的钻井实践情况。该地区3口井平均井深3561m,平均钻固一口井1883d,创造了迄今为止我国海上油气田同类井深钻井周期最短的记录。该项目采用整体式快装井口头、PDC钻头、大功率导向马达、PDC可钻式浮箍、浮鞋、MWD随钻测量、顶部驱动、无油无污染环保泥浆、不候凝固井、非钻机作业时间测CBL(固井质量)、高效线性振动筛等10大关键技术。与渤海地区常规钻井工艺技术相比较,节约935d,同时也为提高钻井速度和缩短海上油气田开发周期,积累了宝贵经验。The drilling practice by applying up to date integrated matching drilling technique at QD18-1 block in Bohai Sea is summedup in this paper.The average depth of the three wells in this block is 3 561 m and the average drilling and cementing working time for a well is 18 83 d,setting the shortest period record in drilling the wells with same depth in offshore oil and gas fields in China up to now.For this project,the 10 major key techniques,i.e.integral quick mounted well head set up,PDC bit,high power steering motor,drillable PDC float collar and float shoe,MWD,top drive,oil free mud without environmental pollution,well cementing without waiting on cement,out of hole time cement bond log(CBL)and high efficiency linear shale shaker,were adopted.By comparison with the conventional drilling technology adopted in Bohai Sea,this technique can save 93 5 days.Moreover,a valuable experience has been accumulated for quickening well drilling speed and shortening the period of bringing offshore oil and gas fields into production.
