摘　　要：农村、农业、农民问题越来越突出并成为中国进一步快速发展的"瓶颈"。从成因讲有:家庭联产责任承包制的制度制约、土地产权关系的不清晰和扭曲以及农村行政制度安排和职能设计的缺损等原因,而更根本在于长期以来认识和实践上对"小生产与大市场"这一农村社会根本矛盾的偏离。为此,需要依靠增强农民组织化程度来实现农民的"联合",增强农民的整体市场竞争力,实现以"大生产"应对"大市场"的思路转变。这就必然要求新型农村经济组织形式意义、性质和功能上的进一步创新。The problems of rural,agriculture,farmer have been becoming the ＂bottle neck＂ of Chinese further speedily development.The reasons for the problems contain the restriction of household joint contract system,the illegibility and distortion of soil property right relationship and the disadvantages of the rural administration system ＆ its functions.However,the most critical reason is the departure of people＇s cognition on the rural society ultimate contrary——＂small-production ＆ large marketing＂.Therefore,the only way to realize the thought conversion for ＂large production to large marketing＂ is to realize farmers＇ joint through strengthen farmers＇ systematization so as to increasing the competition of farmers＇ whole marketing.It is necessary for realizing the above goal to further innovate on the meaning,nature and function of the new rural economic organization form.
