摘　　要：多层钢结构是今后多层住宅发展的主要方向。钢结构较容易实现大开间,灵活分隔的建筑设计理念,而国内对多层钢结构大开间住宅的研究力度还不够。错列桁架钢结构体系是一种经济、实用、受力性能优异的结构体系,比较适于作为多层钢结构大开间住宅的结构体系。结合工程实例,对多层错列桁架钢结构大开间住宅进行结构分析,可为多层钢结构大开间住宅的设计提供参考。Multi-story steel residence is a main developmental trend of multi-story residence. The architecture idea of large bay residences is more easier achieved in the steel structure than other structures, but in China the study on multi-story steel large bay residences is not enough. The structural system of steel staggered truss is economical, practical and excellent for mechanical hehaviour, it can be fit for a structural system of multi-story steel large bay residences. Based on an engineering example, the analysis on multi-story staggered truss steel .large hay residences is done, which can he a reference for designers.
