摘　　要：阐述了知识经济时代管理创新对于图书馆可持续发展的重要意义,指出图书馆只有通过创新管理理念、管理体制、管理制度和管理方法,才能保证其可持续发展的实现。This paper expounds the important significance of the management innovation on library＇s sustainable development, and points out that only through the innovation of the management concept, management system and management method can guarantee the sustainable development of the library be realized.
