摘　　要：工程量清单计价是一种市场定价模式,推行工程量清单计价模式后不可避免地产生许多新的问题。分析了我国实施工程量清单计价以来遇到的一系列问题,并对这些问题提出了应对策略和措施。The pricing based on the bill of quantities is a mode of market pricing, and promoting this mode will generate many new problems inevitably. This paper analyzes a series of the problems occurring after implementing the pricing mode based on the bill of quantities in our country, and puts forward some corresponding strategies and measures.
