摘  要:采用扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、Olympus光学显微镜和真空高温拉伸机,研究了名义成分为Nb-5%W-2%Mo-1%Zr-0.1%C(质量分数)的铌合金制备过程中第二相的形成演化及其高温力学性能。结果表明:烧结条中存在(Nb,Zr)C相,电子束熔炼铸锭中为Nb2C,铸锭退火后析出ZrO2,成品板材中存在大量片状Nb2C和弥散分布的细小ZrO2。采用两种加热方法测定了板材1650℃的力学性能并讨论了不同高温拉伸机的测定值不同的原因。The formation and evolution of secondary phases during the manufacture of Nb-5%W-2%/aMo-1% Zr-0.1%C (mass fraction ) alloy plates and the high temperature mechanical properties were studied in this paper. The scanning electronic microscope, transmission electron microscope, Olympus optical microscope, and vacuum high-temperature tensile engine were used in this paper. (Nb, Zr)C particles were found in the sintered bars. After electron beam meh- ing, Nb2C precipitations were observed in the ingot. In addition, ZrO2 dispersions yielded in the ingot after annealing at high temperatures. Both Nb2C and ZrO2 precipitations were present in the final plates. Two heating methods have been applied for testing the mechanical properties of plates at 1650℃ and the reason of different data was also discussed.
