摘  要:研究了从紫金山铜矿生物堆浸矿堆中分离到的浸矿微生物,在不同的初始培养基pH(1.0~3.0)下的活性和在不同初始培养基pH(1.4—4.5)下对紫金山硫化铜矿石的浸出规律。结果表明,生长稳定后初始pH值小于1.8的溶液的pH值稳定在1.6左右,而初始pH值大于2.2的溶液的pH值稳定在1.9左右。而不同初始pH(1.4~4.5)的浸矿实验表明,适于该浸矿微生物浸矿的最佳pH值在1.8~2.3之间,最终矿浆电位与铜的浸出率存在一定的线性关系。Bacterial activities at different initial medium pH ( 1.0 - 3.0) and leaching behavior for Zijinshan copper sulfide ore at different initial medium pH ( 1.4 - 4.5 ) were studied, respectively. The bacteria used was isolated from Zijinshan copper mine bioheap. The results showed that after the growth stability was established the solution with a initial pH less than 1.8 maintained at about pH 1.6, but the solution with initial pH more than 2.2 maintained at about pH 1.9. Leaching experiments at different initial medium pH (1.4 -4.5 )revealed that the optimum leaching pH for the bacteria was from 1.8 to 2.3 and there was a linear relationship between final pulp potential and leaching efficiency.
