摘 要:为了获得H型钢精轧过程中的轧制力以及轧件变形情况,以商用有限元分析软件ABAQUS为平台,数值模拟H型钢开坯后的精轧过程,得出H型钢精轧过程中各个道次的轧制负荷和截面形状大小。通过Gleeble1500热模拟试验机获得在精轧过程温度范围之内的应力应变曲线,从而建立Q235材料在不同情况下的流变应力曲线。作为材料基本特性,对H型钢开坯后的精轧过程建立了有限元模型,并利用ABAQUS-Explicit对模型进行求解,通过稳态条件的判断和畸变网格的重构以及单元物理物理特性的继承保证仿真过程的进行,说明了ABAQUS中显式求解的主要过程。通过有限元数值模拟的结果得到各个轧制道次截面积,截面形状以及轧制负荷。与现场生产中的数据进行对比看到模拟的结果与实际生产中的数据相接近,从而验证了所建模型的正确性。为改进H型钢的精轧工艺参数,提高H型钢的产品质量提供了参考。In order to acquire the rolling force and the H - shape section formation trend in the finish rolling procedure,Commercial CAE software ABAQUS is used as a platform to simulate the H -Beam finish rolling procedure, and acquire the rolling force, section shape and area of every rolling step. Material Q235' s Plastic - Elastic constitutive relation within the roiling temperature is acquired by the heat - simulation testing machine Gleeblel500. The H - Beam finish rolling FEM model is constructed in which the constitutive relation is used as the basic material property. The ABAQUS - Explicit method is used to solve the problem and its main solving procedure is briefly introduced. The simulation is ensured by the steady state judgment, mesh reconstruction and the physical property heritage. The simulation results such as the section area or rolling force can be acquired from the model which has been solved by the ABAQUS - Explicit. Comparing the results with the data from the production ,the simulation result is within close tolerance, so the model can be deemed as available . The finish roiling production' s processing parameter or the production quality can be improved if the model data is used as a reference properly.
