妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤中E-cadherin和p53的表达研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤(GTT)中E-cadherin与p53的表达意义。方法:采用免疫组化S-P法检测10例正常早期绒毛(NP)、10例完全性葡萄胎(CM)、20例侵袭性葡萄胎(IM)、19例绒癌(CCA)中E-cadherin与p53的表达。结果:E-cadherin在NP、CM、IM、CCA中表达率分别为56.29%、42.07%、19.30%、7.14%,在NP中明显高于IM、CCA中(P=0.001,P=0.000),在CM中明显高于IM、CCA中(P=0.015,P=0.000)。p53在NP、CM、IM和CCA中表达率分别为4.12%、21.68%、39.61%、27.39%,在NP中明显低于CM、IM、CCA中(P=0.004、P=0.000、P=0.001),在CM中明显低于IM中(P=0.030)。结论:E-cadherin的表达减弱、突变型p53的过表达可能促进了GTT的恶性进展。Objective：To investigate the features of E-cadherin and p53 expression in the gestational trophohlastic tumor （GTT）. Methods ：The immunohistochemical SP method was carried out to detect the expression of E-cadherin and P53 in 10 cases of normal placenta（NP）,10 cases of complete hydatidiform mote （CM）,20 cases of invasive hydatidiform mole （IM） and 19 cases of choriocarcinoma （CCA） paraffin-embedded tissues. Results：In NP ,CM,IM and CCA ,the expression rate of E-cadherin were 37. 73%,28.05% ,19. 30% and 7. 14% respectively. The expression rate of E cadherin in NP were much higher than in IM （P=0. 001） and CCA （P=0. 000）,and that in CM was significantly higher than in IM （P=0. 015）. The expression rate of p53 were 4.12%,21.68% ,39.61% and 27.39% respectively. It was much higher in NP than in other groups（P=0. 004,P=0. 000,P=0. 001）,and was greatly higher in CM than in IM （P=0. 030）. Conclusions ：The decreasing or negative expression of E-cadherin and the increasing expression of muta p53 are associated with the progress of GTT.
