摘 要:在功率变换器控制系统中,滞环电流跟踪控制方法通常以响应速度快和结构简单而著称,然而滞环控制的开关频率一般具有很大的不稳定性.笔者根据四象限交流器、有源无功补偿器和交流传动逆变器等电压型桥式主电路的共同特点,提取并建立其共有的半桥式单元电路模型;利用滞环比较原理,构成一个闭环电流控制的PSPICE电路仿真模型,并给出了仿真波形;从滞环电流控制的物理过程出发,分析其开关频率的影响因素,推导出有关频率范围的计算公式.In power converter control system,the hysteresis band current tracking control mode is usually known for its fast response and simple configuration. However, switching frequency with hysteresis control is generally of uncertainty. In this paper,a typical half bridge circuit unit model is generalized of which various bridge voltage source converts,such as 4 quadrant converters,active var compensators and inverters for AC drives consist. A PSPICE circuit simulation model is established controlled by closed loop current,and its simulation waveforms are given. The factors of influencing switching frequency with the hysteresis band current control are analyzed. And the formulas for calculating its switching frequency range are derived from the physical process.
