摘　　要：随着近年来各种类型灾害的频发及其对全人类带来的损失加重,巨灾保险不应仅作为商业保险,也应具有社会保险的形式,尤其像我国这样的"巨灾之国"更该建立有关灾害的社会保险。本文通过简要介绍我国的社会保险、分析及借鉴国外的巨灾保险,对建立我国社会灾害保险制度进行了初步研究。In tune with the more frequent disasters and heavier loss in recent years, the catastrophe insurance should not be only a kind of commercial insurance but get along with the social insurance, especially for our ＂the land of catastrophe＂. This paper works out a pilot study on the creation of social disaster insurance in China by analyzing and learning advanced experience overseas besides making a brief introduction on the social insurance of China.
