摘　　要：在我国正面临新的结构调整的环境下,产业转移将是我国未来一个时期区域经济协作中的主要内容。梧州市处于华南经济圈、西南经济圈和东盟经济圈交汇处,承接粤港澳产业转移的区域优势十分明显。文章分析了梧州市承接粤港澳产业转移的有利条件,探讨了承接粤港澳产业转移的对策,以期提升梧州市承接粤港澳产业转移的能力。In a situation we are confronting with the new structure alteration, industry transition will be one of the most important topic for region economy cooperation in China for a long period in the future. Centrally located at where South China Economy Zone, South West Economy Zone, and ASEAN （Association of South East Asian Nations） Economy Zone join, Wuzhou will be able to benefit from YueGangAo industry transition. This article reviews Wuzhou’s advantages in benefiting from YueGangAo industry transition, and discusses the methods on how to approach it in an effort to boost Wuzhou’s capability to benefit from YueGangAo industry transition.
